2 mBlox only works with operators that support Delivery Notification (DN). Because we do not always receive DNs back from the operators, mBlox cannot guarantee that the delivery status for all messages will be returned to the client. mBlox will pass on all delivery status information received from operators. Due to operator quality, mBlox's higher-end products provide a higher percentage of known status DNs than provided by lower-end products.
Intellisend
mBlox's Intellisend service provides clients with the highest bulk SMS delivery standard in the industry-even higher than a direct operator connection. Customers typically select Intellisend when they need total reliability and performance for their applications, as with time-sensitive alerts, interactive transactions or mobile vouchers.
Intellisend routes messages via mBlox's own SMS Centers (SMSCs) and most trusted operator partners. Because SMSCs are configured to manage application-to-person (A2P) traffic, which prevents peer-to-peer traffic from causing congestion, mBlox can deliver a consistent and reliable performance even during high load periods. This is something that even a mobile operator cannot guarantee.
The high-capacity Intellisend service offers feature-rich delivery with redundant failover and stringent performance, leveraging the mBlox SMSC. Customers have full control of message quality and performance. The service offers full message feature support, an industry-leading SLA and a global pricing structure that enables customers to transparently manage message cost.
DirectPlus
DirectPlus from mBlox is a high-end outbound service that delivers carrier-grade performance at a lower price than using direct operator connections. Using only high-quality routes, DirectPlus has been designed to adapt to operator interworking charges.
DirectPlus provides full functionality in terms of features, failover routes and higher capacity during high load, as compared to some direct operator connections. The better service is due to the way DirectPlus leverages mBlox's network of high-quality operator links, mBlox's own SMSC and mBlox core routing technology to achieve high performance at a fair price.
The DirectPlus service is backed by an SLA. Also, clients have the option to include MNP support for automatically handling ported numbers and local time stamps on outgoing SMS*.
Economy
When delivery cost is of primary importance, mBlox's Economy delivery service is your ideal solution. Economy gives clients access to mBlox's market-leading outbound bulk SMS service at the lowest price. It uses least-cost-routing but still meets mBlox's minimum quality criteria. If low-cost capacity is not available for timely delivery, the mBlox system delivers a real-time notification for customers to manage retries.
To cater to clients' needs, mBlox's Economy service is available in different variants supporting delivery receipts, originators and body types in different ways.*
